WHY I CREATED THIS
Breaking the cycle begins with truth.
My healing journey began at 20 with yoga and meditation.
I became a holistic bodyworker for over 11 years.
I trained for two years as a Shamanic Practitioner with Hoppi Wimbush at
The Lammas Earth Centre.
My whole life has revolved around helping people return to themselves.
And still when my daughter was born I collapsed, when she became critically ill,
when she needed open-heart surgery at two and a half, when the relationship collapsed,
when my nervous system shattered none of my tools were accessible.
I was frozen.
I was overwhelmed.
I was exhausted in a way that lived in my bones.
This kit is what I wish I had in my pocket back then.
Something simple enough that even a collapsing nervous system can receive it.
Something that doesn’t require thinking only listening.
