The Initiation


Day one:

Naming the Pattern

The first step in healing is seeing clearly.

Together we explore:

* Why motherhood activates old trauma patterns

* How conditioning shapes our identity as mothers

* Big T and little t trauma (the nervous system doesn't rank pain)

* Why rage, freeze, overwhelm and numbness happen

* How motherline patterns move through generations

For many women this day alone is life-changing.

Because they realise:

“I’m not broken. My body adapted.”

The Day 1 Practice

You will identify one repeating pattern in your motherhood.

Then you'll receive a powerful journal clearing process to uncover the beliefs underneath that pattern.

This simple exercise often reveals the hidden stories that have been quietly running the show for years.


Day two

Regulating at the Root

This is where the shift begins in the body.

Because the mind can understand something…

…but the nervous system must experience safety for real change to happen.

In this somatic workshop you will experience:

* gentle nervous system settling

* belief inquiry to loosen old stories

* orienting practices to anchor the body in safety

* pendulation (moving between discomfort and regulation)

* co-regulation visualisation

Day 3

Returning What Was Never Yours

Some patterns didn’t begin with you.

They travelled quietly through the generations.

On this final day we enter a gentle shamanic journey to release what no longer belongs in your system.

* find the pattern at its root

* return what was never yours to carry

This experience can create a profound feeling of emotional freedom.

Reflection / Integration circle

After everything we’ve opened over the three days…

this final space is about slowing right down.

Because real change doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from allowing what’s already shifted to settle into the body.

This is a gentle, held space where you’re invited to:

* notice what feels different now (even in subtle ways)

* reflect on what’s come up and what’s been released

* share your experience if you feel to

* anchor what you’re no longer available for

This is about integration.

Hi, I’m Tashi.

I’m a shamanic and somatic practitioner and founder of Mother’s Alchemy.

My work supports mothers to heal trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and break generational patterns so they can parent from presence rather than survival.

Through a combination of:

* somatic nervous system repair

* shamanic journey work

* ancestral healing

* trauma-informed emotional integration

I help mothers reconnect with their deepest truth and capacity for joy.

    Many mothers arrive simply knowing that something feels heavy, reactive, or repetitive in their experience of motherhood. During the first session we gently explore what keeps repeating, and clarity usually begins to emerge from there.

    You don’t need to arrive with the answers.

  • No. This is not therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care.

    It is a guided healing space working with trauma-informed somatic practices and shamanic journey work to support emotional and nervous system regulation.

    This space is trauma-informed and paced slowly so your nervous system can move at a speed that feels safe.
